Baseball

The baseball cap is a popular accessory, often used to protect the face from the sun during outdoor activities. It was first created in 1860, but became widely used in the 1940s and 1950s, due to the popularity of professional baseball.

The design of the baseball cap is quite simple. It has a rigid brim that protrudes from the front of the cap, and a soft crown that can be adjusted to fit the head. Most baseball caps have a logo or image printed on the front of the crown, often representing a sports team or a particular brand, but they can also be without logos and in a solid color. Furthermore, if made of wool or cashmere fabrics, and perhaps with neck or ear covers, it can be an effective alternative to the classic wool cap used in the colder periods of the year.
