Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped via GLS courier. Delivery times are 24/72 hours in Italy and vary for international shipments.

Yes, shipping to Italy is free for orders over €100 . For smaller orders, the cost is €8.50 .

After shipping you will receive an email with the tracking number , which you can use to monitor the delivery directly on the courier's website.

Alternatively, if you are registered you can log in and view your order details from the account page.

We accept payments by credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and bank transfer . All transactions are secure and encrypted.

You can also pay by bank transfer , for which we recommend instant transfer to be able to send the goods as quickly as possible.

Do you prefer to pay on delivery ? You can use the payment with Cash on Delivery and you can pay in Cash to the courier. We strongly recommend that you prepare the correct amount as the couriers do not always have change.

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible at ordini@cappelleriabacca.it to request a change or cancellation. Once shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the order.

Yes, after completing your purchase you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary and payment details.

You will receive further emails updating the status of your order.

Yes, you can return an item within 14 days of delivery . The item must be intact, unused and in its original packaging .

We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:

• The product has not been worn or damaged.
• It is in the original packaging with all accessories included.
• The return is requested within 14 days of delivery .

However, we are available and flexible, trying to accommodate our customers.

Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be issued within 5-7 business days to the payment method used.

Attention, we usually issue the refund quickly once we receive the order back and confirm it, but it always depends on your bank or the payment method chosen.

Write to ordini@cappelleriabacca.it indicating the order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with all the instructions to proceed.

To find the correct size, you need to measure the circumference of your head with a tape measure , placing it approximately 1 cm above your eyebrows and ears .

The sizes follow the European standard and are indicated in centimetres (EU/CM), with equivalences for the USA and UK:

If your measurement is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for greater comfort.

Some models include adjustable inner bands for a better fit. Alternatively, you can use cork size reducers to slightly tighten the fit.
